Search engines don't follow search forms and outputted URL's.

Instead the best approach is to use tags, eg www.mysite.com/tag/asian and place them in your templates somewhere, search engines should index those...

Well it's a bit pointless because search engines don't crawl search result pages (they don't follow form actions!).

However, you could try to write a rule in your .htaccess to rewrite the URL string mysite.com/index.php?term=asian&c=0&b.x=9&b.y=11&r=search into something like mysite.com/search/asian - the big problem of course is using the rewritten URL to respond to a search result page...

I've just checked on one of my TubeX sites which uses the "Popular search terms" {searchterms} tag output and that lists links as http://site.com/search/tits/ - if I change segment 3 to something else like http://site.com/search/amateur/ that brings back relevent results.

Have you tried those?
