All clicks counted as unknown
« on: September 17, 2013, 02:13:11 PM »
Hallo, please if you can help, all clicks are set as unknow, not related to site come from.

i found similar problems on old forums,

http://jmbforumarchives.unofficialjmbsupport.com/index6ea8.html?i=viewtopic/8872/

http://jmbforumarchives.unofficialjmbsupport.com/indexe160.html?i=viewtopic/7419/

there is a hint if server time is set correctly. Does server time has to be set to GMT time zone?

Is your main page a .php page or an .shtml page?

What is the exact command you are using to access in.php?

What is the link to your main page?

Great!  I also use TradeX on my TubeX site.

I also use the same coding that you are using for in.php.

I have also viewed the html source code for you page to verify that you have the output generated by in.php - and you do so visits to your page are being tracked.

You must have added at least one trade to your tradex program and then have that trade send you traffic to see if it tracks properly, it should.

Also check your non-trades (sites that send you traffic that have not been added to your tradex database) and your no referrer stats (these are people who visit your site through bookmarks and shortcuts on there own machine).  Everytime someone (or you) types your site into there address bar or clicks your site from a desktop link they will have no site referrer info.

That said, it appears to me that your tradex install is tracking properly.  Pls verify this and let me know.

yes, script is working, counting hits. I am feeding site from my other site, and i see incoming thraffic, but almost all clicks belong to unknown and few belong to not counted.

no-referrer aldo does have a traffic in but 0 clicks.

Hm, it is strange, please can you tell me yout time on server? i was reading it in archive, that people had hits counted as  no-cookie, if they did not had a GMT time, but anyway i has uknow. Did not find there similar problem oin archive.

So i now use arrow atc trade scipt on site, it works fine, but there is skim 2%, so i would like find a solution for my problem.

So please check your server time and let me know.

Thank you and thanks jeremy for great softwares for free!

My server time is accurate for my time zone - currently (EDT or EST)

And here is a sample link for my tubex site which is correctly being counted:
